Christianity and the Fitness Lifestyle

 By Jeff Butler

First and foremost, Realign U is a Christ-centered business, following Christian principles. Helping Christians to develop a fitness lifestyle that translates into stronger Christ centered living has been my vision from the beginning, and Realign U is here for my brothers and sisters in Christ who are looking to put more energy into serving Christ.
With the myriad of undesirable health conditions that many Christians find themselves in today, the need
for the health and fitness lifestyle has never been more urgent. This is where Realign U can help, not just to improve undesirable health conditions, but also to help prepare and motivate into a lifestyle of greater self denial.
When a Christian finds themself out of shape, it can often correlate to a self indulgent lifestyle, linked to the growing entertainment industry and technological advances. That entertainment system can look more appealing after a hard day at work, when you have the choice of going to the gym or hitting the remote control. And through much repetition of this, sometimes over many years, this can certainly be a hard habit to break.
After a habit has become “hard wired” over many years, oftentimes the only way this can be broken is to get help with it. And at this point all you need to do is contact me to set up that complimentary fitness assessment, to see if your need is one that Realign U can meet.
At Realign U, we start slow, progress gradually, and as you develop momentum your motivation will grow. Through a series of smaller successes, you will naturally start to desire larger successes as your confidence grows. And once you have developed that healthy fitness lifestyle full of good habits doing it the Realign U way, those good habits become just as difficult to break as those old bad habits were. And at this point you find yourself in a good spot, as the natural consequence with a Christ centered view is to channel this positive energy into serving your brothers and sisters in Christ in greater ways, thus glorifying God. NOW is the time for many of my brothers and sisters in Christ to take those first steps.
